An Lewis - Executive Director
An Lewis began as a GIS consultant to the Steel Valley Council of Governments in 2002. She became the Executive Director in 2008 and after the merger with Twin Rivers COG now serves as the Co-Executive Director of Steel Rivers Council of Governments. She brings over 20 years of public administration experience to the position. In addition to her role at the COG, she serves on several boards and committees devoted to community and neighborhood economic revitalization. She also is skilled in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which she uses often in her line of work and teaches various GIS courses locally. She holds two Bachelor's Degrees and a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University.

Carla Barron - Community Development Coordinator
Carla was hired as the secretary of Twin Rivers COG in 1987 and began working on community development in the early 1990s. She came to work for Steel Rivers as a result of the merger of Twin Rivers and Steel Valley COGs in 2015 and now coordinates Community Development Block Grants and contracts for the COG municipalities. Carla is a resident of Munhall.

MaryAnn Winemiller - Fiscal Manager
MaryAnn began working at Twin Rivers COG as fiscal manager in 2008 and came to work for Steel Rivers as the result of the merger of Twin Rivers and Steel Valley COGs. Prior to working for the COG, MaryAnn held financial management positions in the private sector. She is a resident of White Oak.

Patrice Michaels: Executive Secretary
A Duquesne native, Patrice (Patty) was hired as Executive Secretary in 1990. Before her time with the COG she had worked at the State's Referee's Office for over 10 years. As the secretary, Patty does her part to ensure that the COG and the Human Service Center runs smoothly.

Roy Schneider - Equipment Operator / Building Maintenance
Roy started working for the COG in 2008 and as the COG's sweeper driver, ensures borough and state streets are properly maintained and clear of debris. In the time between sweeping, he preforms routine building maintenance and and rehabilitation as needed. If you are interested in having your streets swept, please contact our main office.
