An Lewis

An Lewis began as a GIS consultant to the Steel Valley Council of Governments in 2002. She became the Executive Director in 2008 and after the merger with Twin Rivers COG now serves as the Executive Director of Steel Rivers Council of Governments. She brings over 20 years of public administration experience to the position. In addition to her role at the COG, she serves on several boards and committees devoted to community and neighborhood economic revitalization. She also is skilled in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which she uses often in her line of work and teaches various GIS courses locally. She holds two Bachelor’s Degrees and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University. 

Grace Schierberl

Government Grants and Project Manager

Grace Schierberl began as the government grants and project manager at SRCOG in October 2021. She spent several years gaining experience in the public sector, including a year volunteering with AmeriCorps prior to joining SRCOG. Grace holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Natalie Boydston

Natalie Boydston joined the staff of the SRCOG as program director in 2018. Natalie started as an intern for the SRCOG in 2016 while she completed a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Urban Affairs and Planning at the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. She completed her undergraduate degree at Ohio University majoring in Wildlife Biology and earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in Geographical Information Systems through Penn State. 

Kayla Geahry

Office and Finance Manager

Kayla Geahry began as the Accounts and Office Manager of SRCOG in June 2020. She brings almost 10 years of experience as an Office Manager and Director of Operations at a small social media marketing agency located in Pittsburgh, where she honed her skills in human resources, accounting, and other operations-based responsibilities. Kayla is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Communications.

Vannie Wang began as the GIS and Data Analyst at SRCOG in May 2023, following her internship. She holds a Master of Public Administration with Social Policy at the University of Pittsburgh, and Bachelor of Arts with Broadcasting and Television at the China University of Geosciences.

Community Violence Reduction Initiative Program Manager

Natalya Luttinger began as the Community Violence Reduction Initiative Program Manager at the Steel Rivers COG in January 2024. She will be tasked with administering our DHS funded grant, supporting CURE Mon Valley as well as other DHS funded or independent organizations, in order to facilitate a collaborative community approach to reducing gun violence. Natalya has a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree in English from West Virginia University. 

Alan Sisco

Alan is a Pittsburgh native, a safe and healthy housing expert, and 15-year veteran of community development efforts both locally and nationally. As a teenager he worked hauling shingles up the ladder and pulling carpet staples from old floors with his dad’s small construction business in South Oakland. As a professional, he’s lead organizations, projects, and teams dedicated to the preservation of affordable housing, preventing blight and improving individual and community health.  Most recently, Alan served as the CEO of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, where he helped repair over 1,000 homes for lower-income residents in Allegheny County.  He currently serves on the advisory committee for Pittsburgh’s Housing Opportunity Fund.
