Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Steel Rivers COG via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.  Bid Proposals will be received until 10:00 am prevailing time on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. At 10:00 am prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following projects:

  • CD 51-3.11.10 Braddock Hills Safe Neighborhoods Demolition. Demolition of two (2) residential structures in Braddock Hills – 518 Park Avenue and 995 Garfield Avenue – including utility disconnections; sewer lateral removal and capping; extermination of rodents; asbestos abatement; building demolition and removal of outbuildings, trees, fences; proper disposal of materials; backfill with suitable material; compaction; grading; and all incidentals as required by municipal engineer.
