Information of Recent Bid Openings

A bid opening will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at our office in Homestead for the following projects:

 

CD 49-7.7a/CD 50-7.6b Mound Avenue Street Reconstruction, Dravosburg. Reconstruction of Mound Avenue in Dravosburg from Raymond Street to Dewey Street, includes milling existing surface, widening road, installing binder and wearing courses, relocating one stop sign, installing handicap sidewalk ramps, wedge curb, keyways, and associated work.

 

CD 49 7.6d Catch Basin Replacement, Versailles Borough. The project consists of the removal and replacement of five (5) storm water catch basins located throughout the Borough of Versailles. Please see the location map and photos. Approximately five (5) linear foot of pipe will be replaced with each catch basin replacement. The areas around the catch basins impacted by the catch basin removal and replacement will then be restored to pre-project conditions. Restoration items include concrete roadway, concrete sidewalk, bituminous roadway and bituminous wedge curb. All work to be completed in place.

 

2024-GEDTF-118 Sanitary Sewer Repair, Versailles Borough. This project involves sanitary sewer point repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation point repairs; replacement of wye and lateral pipe; MH installation; location and adjustment of buried sanitary sewer manholes; invert replacement; CCTV verification of the repair locations; and the post repair NASSCO CCTV. All traffic control, notification, and restoration of disturbed areas are also included in the project.

2022-BRP-023 South Versailles Blight Removal – Re-bid – includes the complete demolition and off-site disposal of the existing structures located at 406 Depot Street including asbestos removal and restoration in the Township of South Versailles (Coulter, PA).
