Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Steel Rivers COG via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.  Bid Proposals will be received until 10:00 am prevailing time on November 3, 2026. At 10:00 am prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following projects:
