Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Steel Rivers COG via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.  Bid Proposals will be received until 10:00 am prevailing time on May 26, 2026. At 10:00 am prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following projects:

 

  • CD 49-7.6b 9th Street Park Improvements, Glassport Borough – Installation of loop walking trail including excavation, installation of geotextile fabric, modified subbase, binder and wearing courses, and lawn restoration.

This project was awarded with removal of Alternate Bid Item – Library Court Paving, which still showed Niando Construction’s bid to be the lowest responsible bid. Contract amount with Library Court work subtracted is $686,359.25.
