• Request for Qualifications – Duquesne Community Center Study – 2025-01090-TC – The Steel Rivers Council of Governments (SRCOG) on behalf of the City of Duquesne seeks a qualified firm to conduct a Community Center Study throughout the City of Duquesne, PA with these goals in mind:
  1. Identify the areas of greatest community need through public outreach and engagement with local non-profit organizations
  2. Identify possible locations for the community center through a study of city assets
  3. Assist the City in creating a business plan for operation and maintenance of the community center
  4. Study costs budget: $100,000

This project is funded by the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI) through the EPA Thriving Communities Grant Program. SRCOG is working as the agent for Duquesne and will act as project manager.
